Connecting Molecular Imaging with AI-Driven Discovery

I am honored to join the Scientific Advisory Board of Proholistic Discovery, a new company dedicated to applying inference-based AI technology to address two paramount challenges in drug development: reducing resources and timelines and lowering failure rates in clinical trials for new therapeutic candidates. 

Proholistic Discovery is advancing a comprehensive systems approach built on Bayesian inference-based AI. Their platform provides more reliable computational estimates of Absorption Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion and Toxicity (ADMET) properties, offering greater predictive insight into in vivo pharmacokinetics and ultimately supporting more effective clinical translation.

In my advisory role, I am focused on molecular imaging diagnostics and novel radiolabeled theranostics, ranging from small molecules to aptamers. A key part of this work will involve helping to bridge computational innovation with in vivo and clinical realities.
